Job summary

Tam Kỳ Project is seeking a dedicated Remote Project Manager to join our passionate team. This is a full-time, remote position with a preference for candidates based in or near the United States.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience working as a Project Manager, ideally within the non-profit or international development sector.
  • Exceptional organisational, planning, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with remote and culturally diverse teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using project management software and tools.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • A recognised project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) would be a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and completion of projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they align with our organisation’s mission.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams, international charity partners, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and track key performance indicators to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
  • Prepare and present regular, detailed progress reports to the leadership team.
  • Foster strong working relationships with all project stakeholders to encourage collaboration and ensure shared goals are met.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate project documentation for accountability and future reference.
