Job summary

GAI Consultants Inc. seeks a Project Manager in its Transmission and Distribution division. This is a fully remote role based in the United States, with the project scope spanning client engagements nationwide.

You will lead engineering projects from scope through delivery, manage schedules and budgets, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain strong client relationships. A minimum of 10 years in engineering or technical work and professional licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or technical discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• Professional licensure (PE, PLS, PG, RLA, etc.) and a valid driver’s license.
• 10+ years of engineering/technical experience; 2+ years as PM leading projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects from scope through final delivery within scope, schedule, budgets and client expectations.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, forecasts, and execution plans; ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, clients and stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain momentum.
• Identify and manage risks, scope changes, resources, and schedule impacts with mitigation strategies.
• Serve as primary client contact, provide updates, and build long-term client relationships.
• Travel up to 25% as required.
