Job summary

TechFlow, Inc is seeking a Project Manager to support our Energy and Mobility Solutions Business Unit. This role will lead cross-functional teams to plan, deliver, and oversee electrical infrastructure projects across the Energy and Mobility portfolio.

The PM will drive scope, schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communications, including site visits and risk management. Candidates should have at least five years of PM experience in electrical construction, strong communication skills, and the

• Five years' PM experience in electrical construction projects, energy infra/tech.
• Interpersonal and influencing skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong presentation and written communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational and decision-making/problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external resources to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to spec.
• Develop project scope, cost estimates, schedules, designs, and delivery solutions.
• Coordinate pre-construction meetings and project status reporting.
• Lead client and contractor meetings; monitor risks and forecast financial performance.
• Conduct in-person site visits as needed; manage dependencies and resourcing.
