Job summary

Versar Global Solutions is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to support USACE Recurring Maintenance and Minor Repair task orders. You will bid, plan, organize, and administer work to meet scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring compliance with company standards.

You will manage project execution from bidding through closeout, coordinating with the Program Manager and stakeholders, guiding a project team, and monitoring financials and schedules to deliver quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Seven years of project management or certification in technical area, engineering, or equivalent field.
• Experience in the DoD/Civilian fuels industry is preferred.
• Contract administration or support experience is required; prefer GSA-related experience.
• Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
• Ability to read and interpret government contract language (PWS).
• Able to work independently and meet timelines/goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team to complete work on time and within budget.
• Oversee all requirements of assigned task orders including safety, quality, and billing.
• Facilitate information flow between client and project team; notify client of changes.
• Provide technical oversight of service orders and review for safety/quality.
• Monitor CMMS and coordinate with stakeholders across phases.
• Develop schedules, manage subcontractors, and monitor budgets.
