Job summary

Irvine Technology Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to lead small to mid-sized initiatives supporting a digital payments modernization effort. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project plans, and drive delivery of customer-facing payment solutions.

The ideal candidate has hands-on PM experience, knowledge of digital payments, and ability to work with leaders, SMEs, and stakeholders to deliver results. This 1-year contract position offers remote work and W2 compensation.

Qualifications

• PM with experience leading small to mid-size initiatives
• Experience in digital payments and payment interactions
• Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Experience creating project plans, RACIs, milestones, and reporting
• Excellent communication, organization, and risk management

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, charters, objectives, stakeholders, high-level requirements
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans with timelines, budgets, resources, and KPIs
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and SMEs, set RACIs, and align activities
• Monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, and report status to leadership
• Facilitate meetings and support adoption through change management
