Job summary

SmartLam North America is seeking a full-time Project Manager to own projects from sale through installation, serving as the primary contact for customers and internal stakeholders. You will ensure successful delivery on time and within budget, with opportunities for remote work.

Responsibilities include coordinating with production, tracking status and costs, and producing documentation such as RFIs and change orders. You will collaborate with Project Engineering to align designs with schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or equivalent.
• 5+ years of project management experience in construction, manufacturing, design, or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and architectural plans.
• Advanced skills with MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects throughout their lifecycle, coordinating with production and scheduling to meet customer needs.
• Track project status and costs, maintaining detailed records and producing necessary documentation such as RFIs and change orders.
• Collaborate with the Project Engineering team to ensure design and production processes align with project schedules.
