Job summary

Sightline Commercial Solutions, LLC seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead construction initiatives in Minnesota. You will develop plans, coordinate teams, and manage milestones to meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities include risk management, value engineering collaboration, and maintaining client relationships, with opportunities for hybrid work in qualifying roles. Travel up to 10% within North America may be required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
  • At least five years of experience in construction or related industry.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of manufacturing and construction processes.
  • Knowledge of general business practices, building codes and engineering principles.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% within North America.
  • Lean manufacturing experience preferred.
