Job summary

Andritz AG in Exton, PA, is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of customer orders across the Allen-Sherman-Hoff portfolio. You’ll coordinate engineering, procurement, fabrication, quality, field service, and logistics to meet scope, schedule, and budget.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and contract management skills; you will interface with customers and internal teams, manage risks, and ensure on-time, on-budget execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of on-site project management experience.
• Experience with contract review and analysis.
• PM, field service engineering, sales or strategic planning experience.
• Strong problem-solving, conflict management and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and control projects to meet scope, schedule, cost and quality.
• Verify orders against POs and quotations and ensure baselines are accurate.
• Interface with customers, Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, Field Service and other departments.
• Manage order execution for on-time delivery within projected costs and margins.
• Coordinate proposals, estimates, pricing and terms with the Proposal/Estimating group.
• Lead resource and supplier coordination across design, procurement, fabrication and logistics.
• Maintain contract documentation and change logs per procedures.
• Uphold financial and contractual commitments; handle returns, credits and discounts per authority.
• Resolve technical/quality issues and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure QA and compliance: ITPs, weld maps, NDE, tests and records.
• Develop procurement strategy with Procurement and manage pre-commissioning and turnover.
