- Rate: $42.57-49.29 hr for 3-5 years of experience // $54.71-64.29 an hour for 5-7 years of experience.

Job Description:
- This critical role provides project management support to the DX-DSS organization, specific to the project management activities of compound projects, studies, and activities. It involves overseeing the coordination, planning, and execution of activities related to prioritized compounds or initiatives.
- This individual is to collaborate with a cross-functional, matrix-ed organization. This role also provides the opportunity to manage and drive initiatives prioritized by the leadership team.
- Develop and maintain project plans with milestones, timelines, and budget for compound-related activities.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of project milestones.
- Identify and escalate potential/current workload capacity issues in partnership with the team.
- Serve as two-way communication channel between DX-DSS LT and compound team for project management topics that require escalation (i.e., timeline, high-level budget, milestones).
- Document action items and decisions while maintaining appropriate project management artifacts.
- Capture, monitor, and escalate project risks, actions, decisions. Proactively identify potential roadblocks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on objectives.
- Track project performance, reporting progress and key metrics to DX-DSS-LT using Smart Sheet or other reporting project management support.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry best practices.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the project management space.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3 years in business management functions in mid-sized/large international companies, authorities, or associations.
- Experience in standard business computer applications (Microsoft Office, Smartsheet).
- Experience in Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Formal knowledge of project management methodologies within industry standards.
- Proficiency in managing financial tracking.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of the principles, concepts, methods, and standards of Clinical Research.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in explaining complex concepts in simple terms.
- Proven negotiation and facilitation skills, a team player, and self-starter.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and positive attitude for customer service mindset.
- Ability and flexibility to work remotely with worldwide team members across cultures and time zones.
