Job summary

The Washington Trust Company seeks an experienced Project Manager to join our Project Management Office in Westerly, RI. You will lead multiple technical projects through the full Project Development Life Cycle, collaborating with business lines and IT to deliver strategic objectives and maintain governance.

You will scope, schedule, budget, assess risks, communicate with stakeholders, plan tests, and ensure deliverables meet requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; PM experience preferred in banking.
• PM certifications (PMP/CAPM) preferred.
• Experience with full project lifecycle and governance.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects through full lifecycle (scope, schedule, budget, risks).
• Build relationships with business lines to capture requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical language for stakeholders.
• Ensure all deliverables and documentation are completed.
• Follow policies, guidelines, and best practices.
• Assist with evaluating vended software solutions and perform gap analyses.
• Provide meeting leadership, track issues, and manage project plans.
• Coordinate test plans and document results; liaise with Regulators and Internal Audit.
• Analyze processes to identify improvements and efficiencies.
