Job summary

EXP Services Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for Aviation Sustainability & Resilience. The role supports infrastructure projects across the U.S.

and Canada with remote/hybrid options from Florida or Texas. You will drive sustainability strategies, support certifications, and engage stakeholders to deliver high-impact, data-driven outcomes. The ideal candidate has a engineering/Sustainability background, 7+ years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills to present design

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, sustainability management or a related field.
7+ years of experience with relevant sustainability project experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on the ability to organize and present design information to clients.
Passion for sustainability in the built environment, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to execute with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted member of the team, working together to provide tailored sustainability strategy, design and solutions to our clients.
Support sustainability strategy development and certification efforts (e.g., LEED, WELL, PMP, CEM, ENV, etc.).
Communicate with and engage stakeholders pertinent to each client’s sustainability strategy.
Assist with renewable energy analysis, greenhouse gas inventories, embodied carbon LCA, and carbon neutral building assessments.
Synthesize research findings into key themes and develop conclusions and recommendations.
