Job summary

HII Mission Technologies, within the LOGIX Logistics Cell, seeks a Project Specialist to support administrative tasks remotely. The position is part-time with potential for full-time, and requires ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.

The role involves logistics, procurement, and organizational efficiency work under supervision. This temporary, remote-friendly opportunity emphasizes learning HII and LOGIX business practices while contributing to process improvements and routine documentation

Qualifications

Education or experience as specified: 0 years with Bachelor’s, or 4 years with HS diploma and related experience.
Customer service, administrative and office work experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong written and verbal communication, organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Represent the organizational unit on administrative matters.
Interpret and implement internal policies and procedures.
Perform a mix of administrative tasks across finance, HR, logistics and research.
May prepare budgeting, project scheduling, and statistical reports.
Willing to learn new systems and processes.
