Qualificações

• 0 years experience with Bachelor’s in related field or a HS diploma with 4 years relevant experience.
• Customer service, administrative skills, and/or office work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent time management, verbal, and written communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
• Be flexible, prioritize tasks, and communicate conflicts to leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Represents organizational unit on administrative matters.
• Recommends, interprets, and/or implements company and internal administrative policies.
• Performs as a generalist a combination of administrative tasks in finance, human resources, logistics/purchasing, research and development.
• May prepare budgeting, project scheduling, and statistical reports as required.
• Willing to learn new computer systems and accesses, to accomplish work tasks.
• Takes ownership of learning HII and LOGIX business practices; seeks out opportunities to learn and acquire new skillsets.
• Brings a mindset for process improvement to all areas assigned.
• Other duties as assigned or required.
