Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Project Lead, Scientific Communications and Training - Medical Affairs. This remote, 1-year role focuses on creating scientifically rigorous content and effective training for Medical Affairs teams across the aesthetics portfolio.

You will develop disease-state materials, modules, and resources, applying adult‑learning principles to deliver scalable, engaging experiences and training across functions and geographies.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific, medical, clinical, or health-related degree required.
• Typically 2-5 years of experience in Medical Affairs or related roles.
• Strong ability to translate complex literature into audience-appropriate content.
• Experience with digital learning platforms and content-development tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of scientifically accurate content across disease states and products.
• Apply adult-learning principles to create scalable training experiences (workshops, webinars, e-learning).
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs partners to identify knowledge gaps and plan training.
• Establish learning objectives, curricula, and assessments with leadership.
• Manage content initiatives from planning to delivery with quality control.
