Job summary

TechFlow, Inc. seeks a Project Manager to support our Energy and Mobility Solutions Business Unit. The PM will coordinate cross‑functional teams and lead delivery of energy infrastructure projects, providing leadership and direction to project teams.

Responsibilities include scope and cost development, schedules, progress reporting, and client/vendor coordination. Travel up to 60% and some on‑site visits required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant technical training or experience in electrical construction.
• Minimum of three years of experience supporting or managing electrical construction projects.
• Ability to travel up to 60% and to obtain and sustain DOD Secret level Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate teams to manage and deliver projects safely, on time, within budget and to specifications.
• Participate in developing project scope, cost estimates, schedules, designs, and delivery solutions.
• Coordinate pre-construction meetings.
• Provide accurate, timely status reporting addressing milestones, risk, and financial performance.
• Perform in-person site visits to project sites as needed.
• Participate in project progress meetings with client, GC, subcontractors, vendors, and VP.
• Ensure complex issues are monitored, mitigated, and communicated to the VP.
• Manage dependencies, risks, schedule, costs, and resourcing for each project and across interlinked projects.
