Job summary

Voltus is seeking an innovative Project Engineer to join our Field Operations Team in a fully remote role. You will manage end-to-end installation projects, support sales with technical guidance, and collaborate with engineering on hardware and metering solutions.

The ideal candidate has 2 years with a Bachelor's or 6+ years relevant experience, plus expertise in hardware commissioning and Salesforce. We offer a competitive base pay with a 10% annual bonus and equity.

Qualifications

Bachelor in Engineering/Technical related field or relevant work experience.
2 years with Bachelor or 6+ years relevant work experience.
Core competencies: results-driven, analytical, highly motivated team player with exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Experience in hardware commissioning, troubleshooting, data platform integration, and contractor management.
Proficiency with Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end installation execution projects, including metering and product enablement.
Technical Strategy: Provide technical support to the Sales team and assist customers with energy reduction strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with Engineering to develop hardware and innovative metering solutions.
Process Improvement: Define and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and accelerate installation timelines.
Compliance: Ensure all materials, installations, and technologies meet industry and market standards.
