Qualifications

• Administrative or customer-facing experience in engineering, utility, or construction industries.
• High School Diploma required.
• Strong data management, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrative contact for the utility client, supporting ongoing communication and coordination.
• Maintain, audit, and clean up internal and client database systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
• Support project tracking, approvals, and documentation, including monitoring approval timelines (e.g., 30-day cycles).
• Prepare clear status updates and reports by translating complex project data into understandable summaries.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and client representatives to resolve data discrepancies.
• Ensure records and documentation are organized and aligned across platforms.
• Support training, onboarding, and process updates related to client systems and workflows.
• This is a remote role with occasional travel to the client's office in Denver, CO for training or program needs.
