Job summary

The Project Cost Controls Manager will oversee cost-control activities, forecasting, and reporting across the enterprise, partnering with Accounting, FP&A, PMO, and Operations teams to improve project health and future initiatives.

The role offers flexibility to be fully remote or hybrid with regular in-office presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of directly comparable experience.
• Experience in construction cost management or related field preferred.
• Strong proficiency in project management, budgeting, forecasting, and CMiC.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Data-driven and analytical mindset with strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio cost-control, forecasting, and cost reporting across projects.
• Develop and maintain cost tracking and reporting systems.
• Implement earned value management to improve cost management and risk detection.
• Provide data analytics support using visualization tools to aid decision making.
• Train and supervise analysts to enhance team impact.
