Job summary

SERV SOLV Energy in the United States is seeking a Project Cost Controls Analyst to deliver data-driven financial analysis across projects. The role is fully remote with periodic site travel up to 25%, and specific location expectations will be discussed during the interview process.

You will build cost forecasts, support SOX controls, develop analytics models, and provide executive-ready insights. A background in engineering, finance, or data analytics with 1–3 years FP&A or project controls

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant analytical field required.
1–3 years in project controls, FP&A, or data-driven roles.
Strong Excel skills; Power BI, Python, or SQL preferred.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain project-level cost forecasts with project managers and field ops.
Assist in internal controls over financial reporting (SOX).
Develop analytics models to forecast future project cost from data and parameters.
Support budget mapping and ensure fiscal accuracy across the dept.
Analyze performance trends and drivers of variance in cost, schedule, and resources.
Identify risks and mitigation actions; provide actionable insights.
