Job summary

Leidos Engineering is seeking an experienced Project Controller/Project Cost Analyst to join our Power Delivery Solutions division. You will work with project managers and engineering leads to provide comprehensive Project Management Services that support electric utility clients.

The role blends budget control, earned value management, and client reporting in a hybrid, travel-friendly environment. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in project controls, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant project controls or cost analysis experience.
• Proficiency with MS Project or Primavera P6 and MS Excel.
• PowerPlan experience strongly preferred.
• Experience on electric power infrastructure projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and maintain project budgets for transmission and distribution projects.
• Use earned value management to align forecasts and costs and develop recovery plans.
• Share utilization metrics with COE to maintain project alignment.
• Track client deliverables with Engineering Leads and Managers.
• Produce weekly/monthly project control reports for client and management reviews.
• Interface with clients and management to report progress, schedule and risks.
• Assist with creation and maintenance of project dashboards and KPI tracking.
