Job summary

Liaison International, LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator (Brighton, MA) to monitor software projects, plan logistics, and coordinate with engineering and QA teams. You will ensure timely delivery, maintain clear status updates, and manage client expectations across cross-functional teams.

The role requires a Master’s degree plus 2 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and a proactive, collaborative approach. Remote-friendly with potential collaboration across the US.

Qualifications

• Background in business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.
• Experience with large-scale application development using Angular/Typescript.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with ticketing and documentation systems such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive, patient, and solution-oriented.
• Able to work effectively in a team environment with little or no supervision.
• Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities.
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Ability to report to Finance monthly on Revenue, revenue recognition for finance, and reconciliation General Ledger accounts linked to Custom Development activities.
• Attention to detail and highly collaborative.
• Highly motivated and ability to learn.
• Excellent skills in prioritization, risk identification and mitigation, and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily progress of software development projects.
• Plan meetings and organize project logistics.
• Manage triage process for defects with support and development teams.
• Coordinate with internal engineering and QA to ensure client work is properly ticketed, managed, and delivered on time.
• Provide regular, clear status updates to internal management.
• Partner with client relationship managers and product managers to set and manage project expectations.
• Identify risks and issues and help implement risk management plans.
• Deliver continual improvement in processes.
• Provide feedback to IT teams on sprint deliverables and performance improvements.
• Collaborate with Finance on revenue projections and resource requirements for custom development.
• Provide monthly allocation reporting for engineering.
