Sage Hospitality Resources seeks a Project Coordinator to support the Design & Construction team on Sage Studio developments across the portfolio. You will manage schedules, budgets, and documentation, coordinating with Studio, SHM, SRC, and external consultants, across ground-up and renovation projects.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of project coordination experience in hospitality, strong organization, and excellent communication.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, construction management, hospitality, engineering, or similar is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2-4 years of proven project coordination, design, development, or construction experience (hotel/restaurant projects preferred)
• Familiarity with hotel/restaurant operations and design and construction processes

Mansioni

• Attend meetings with design, procurement, operations, and development teams, including preparing agendas and distributing minutes
• Assist with onsite inspections during construction and renovation phases
• Monitor RFIs and submittals, route to appropriate teams, and track responses
• Maintain organized project records and closeout documentation
• Track FF&E/OS&E orders, shipments, and deliveries
• Support the Studio culture in transition to our partners and associates
