Job summary

Sage Hospitality Group in Denver seeks a Project Coordinator to support the Design & Construction team across Sage Studio developments, from planning and design to construction administration. The role maintains schedules and budgets, coordinates with Studio, Sage Hotel Management, Sage Restaurant Concepts, and external consultants.

You will help ensure brand pillars are adhered to and assist in the daily coordination, documentation, and budget tracking across diverse hotel/restaurant projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in architecture, interior design, construction management, hospitality, or engineering.
• 2–4 years in project coordination for hotel/restaurant projects preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Feasibility: assist with RFPs, cost estimates for FF&E/OS&E, and presentations for capital partners.
• Design/Brand: assist in procurement, coordinate branding activities, track deliverables and feedback.
• Construction/FF&E Procurement: attend meetings, monitor RFIs/submittals, maintain records, track punch lists, ensure turnover.
• Hotel Delivery: track orders, support OS&E/FF&E, perform field tasks, assist with setup for guest arrivals.
• Other Responsibilities: perform duties as assigned by management.
