This part-time position supports a project intended to createresources for community service in Philadelphia courts. The ProjectCoordinator manages three Community Liaisons for 10-20 hours perweek between September 2026 and June 2027, which will includerunning weekly meetings and reporting progress and concerns toresearch team members. During the pilot project between January2027 and June 2027, liaisons will be expected to respond to clientswithin their region within 24 business hours or to forward themessage to the Project Coordinator within that timeframe. TheProject Coordinator must be able to handle such concerns in atimely and professional manner, either through their own judgmentor by asking the research team. Team members work remotely, butcandidates should be based in Philadelphia or near enough tofrequently meet with stakeholders and attend events.

  • Respond to client concerns as they appear and are raised byCommunity Liaisons.
  • Respond to or elevate concerns to the research team in a timelyand professional manner.
  • Work with vulnerable populations and community members andorganizations with sensitivity and professionalism.
  • Meet with other stakeholders and provide support to communitygroups, court representatives, and stakeholders as needed.
  • Suggest ideas for project improvement and efficiency to theresearch team.
Liaison Oversight
  • Support the hiring and onboarding of Community Liaisons.
  • Run weekly meetings for entire team.
  • Elevate Community Liaison concerns to research team whennecessary.
  • Establish Community Liaison goals, timelines, and means ofeffectively tracking progress.
  • Ensure progress is met or goals are revised in a timely andappropriate manner.
  • Provide varied and complex support and assistance to all staffas necessary (reports, event staffing, etc.).
  • Additional duties as assigned by the research team.
