Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in project controls, planning/scheduling, cost management, or related capital project delivery.
• Experience leading or coordinating project controls functions across multiple contracts or workstreams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-support capabilities.
• Experience with budget tracking, cost forecasting, EAC/ETC, variance analysis, and performance reporting.
• Knowledge of CPM scheduling, critical path, milestones, constraints, float, and recovery planning.
• Experience leading or supervising project controls professionals such as planners/schedulers or cost engineers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee development and implementation of project controls processes, procedures, standards, and reporting systems.
• Provide integrated oversight of planning and scheduling, cost control, forecasting, performance measurement, change management, and risk controls.
• Establish and monitor project performance metrics, earned value measures, and KPIs.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, integration, and reliability of cost, schedule, progress, and project controls data.
• Direct and develop project controls staff and provide recommendations to leadership on performance and mitigation.
