Job summary

Metric DCX is seeking a Project Controls Manager to join our growing construction team. This remote role with limited travel will oversee project financial performance across multiple projects, managing budgets, forecasts, change orders and cost reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Construction Managers, Project Managers and Finance to monitor performance, identify risks and support budgeting. 5+ years in project controls preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Project Controls, Cost Controls, Construction Controls or Estimating.
• Strong understanding of budgets, forecasting and change management.
• Experience on large-scale commercial, industrial, infrastructure or mission-critical projects.
• Excellent Excel and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets from preconstruction through completion.
• Track costs, forecasts and financial performance.
• Review change orders and cost impacts.
• Produce cost reports and updates for leadership.
• Monitor performance against budget and schedule.
• Collaborate with Construction Managers, Project Managers and Finance.
