Since its founding in 2014, Sedron has pioneered innovative solutions, including the patented Varcor® system, to transform waste into clean water, organic fertilizer, and carbon-negative commodities. With strong engineering expertise, Sedron’s processes reduce nutrient pollution, lower operational expenses, and promote sustainability at a fraction of traditional costs.

  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor risk factors throughout the project lifecycle and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Implement and manage change control processes to assess the impact of changes on project scope, schedule, and budget. Communicate changes to all stakeholders and ensure that all documentation is updated accordingly.

  • Lead and mentor the project controls team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project controls-related inquiries. Present project control findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve project controls processes and tools for efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices in project controls across the organization.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple deadlines
  • Demonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues and supervisors
