Job summary

Stelic LLC in Germantown, MD is seeking Project Controls Engineer(s) to develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project, analyze progress against baselines, and prepare cost forecasts. You will manage cost controls, create earned value management (EVM) reports, coordinate with project managers, and present findings to stakeholders.

Travel 1–2 times per year; 100% telecommuting from home allowed anywhere in the United States when not at client site.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field and 2 years of experience in project controls or related field.
• Experience with scheduling, budgeting, cost analysis, and Earned Value Management (EVM) KPIs including EAC, TCPI, Variance analysis, and schedule performance.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project; advanced Excel functions; ability to create dynamic charts and link Excel to external data sources.
