We are seeking a Project Analyst in financial services to join the Boise team, handling credit analysis, invoicing, and AR, while interfacing with EDI and other systems.

The role emphasizes analytical support, IT project coordination, and delivering business and financial evaluations to support ArcBest subsidiaries and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement analytical solutions to help ArcBest subsidiaries meet business needs.
• Manage and oversee systems supporting the business needs of ArcBest subsidiaries including credit analysis, invoicing, accounts receivable, EDI and other interfaces.
• Be aware of subsidiaries' business models and challenges to guide policy and service offerings for financial services.
• Determine value projections and/or potential efficiency improvements for new and existing processes and educate others on these capabilities.
• Assist in the development and testing of enterprise tools and systems.
• Provide clear project definitions, scopes, action plans, schedules and communications for management.
• Improve quality, productivity and effectiveness through better processes and analytics.
• Collaborate in a team setting to achieve company, department and individual goals.
• Support branch personnel with ad hoc analyses and reports.
• Assist in design and implementation of suitable solutions.
• Provide timely, accurate data and analysis to decision makers at all levels.
• Other duties and initiatives as assigned.
