Job summary

Euclid Power is seeking a Project Analyst to support customer experience, implementation, and services delivery. You will own issue tracking, reporting trends, and collaborate with Customer Experience Project Managers to drive project success.

The role emphasizes platform support, data structuring, and cross-functional coordination, with a focus on renewable energy projects and scalable processes. Remote-friendly with ongoing learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a software support or data structuring role.
• Understanding of the renewable energy project lifecycle or demonstrated interest in learning.
• Experience with Smartsheet, HubSpot, and cloud-based project documentation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Project and Platform Support: manage platform operations, track bugs/features/outages, and respond within SLA definitions.
• Cross-functional Enablement: own Smartsheet administration and provide Smartsheet support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Program Support: assist in creating and maintaining SOPs, training materials, and customer-facing documentation.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business management, product management, or related technical field
