Qualifications

• Prior experience in project accounting or billing within a consulting environment.
• Ability to manage a high volume of invoices while balancing complexity.
• Experience working with municipal clients and their billing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit accurate invoices under tight deadlines.
• Maintain billing terms, contract amendments, and subconsultant invoices.
• Work with Project Managers to review draft invoices and supporting documentation.
