Job summary

KAEE seeks an enthusiastic and creative Program Specialist to support our Deputy Director on events and programs. This is a full-time, remote position serving Kentucky's community of environmental educators.

If you like to be challenged, learn a lot, have a significant impact, and work with an amazing team, The Program Specialist will report to and support KAEE's Deputy Director on our various events and programs.

Qualifications

• Strong program management and event coordination experience.
• Remote work capability and computer-based workflows.
• Excellent spelling, grammar, typing and organizational skills.
• Experience with diverse audiences and environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist KAEE Deputy Director with events and program delivery.
• Coordinate Kentucky Green Schools program and district PD.
• Serve as state coordinator for Project WILD.
• Exhibit and present at partner events.
• Launch and manage KAEE's Green Career Pathways site.
• Assist with conference planning and related events.
• Coordinate KAEE's annual awards program.
• Manage guide orders, database tracking, and reporting.
• Support eeFacilitator Network and curriculum programs.
