Job summary

Portland Community College is seeking a Programmer Analyst II to design, implement and optimize data reports and extracts for Academic Affairs and Student Affairs. The role focuses on work with Workday reports, large databases, and cross‑functional collaboration to support campus operations.

The position is 95% remote with occasional on‑campus meetings. Minimum qualifications include an associate degree and 2 years in complex systems design and support.

Responsibilities

  • Develops, modifies and maintains complex programs and reports for PCC administrative needs.
  • Analyzes user requirements and designs data extracts and reports for diverse audiences.
  • Provides technical guidance and support during development of business processes and procedures.
  • Maintains and documents system plans, test results and user guides.
  • Supports server and application environments and coordinates with vendors as needed.
