Job summary

Meta is seeking a Program Manager to lead AI data operations and product data programs that support model training, evaluation, and deployment. You will coordinate with researchers, engineers, product, and operations teams to design strategies and translate data challenges into scalable solutions.

In this role you will manage end-to-end data pipelines, labeling workflows, and governance practices, while tracking milestones, risks, and metrics to keep programs aligned with product roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in program management or data ops supporting AI/ML products.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/AI/CE/HCI or related technical field; or 2+ years with degree.
• Understanding of AI/ML model development and data requirements across lifecycle.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs with data pipelines and labeling.
• Ability to communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience improving data labeling and annotation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver product data operations programs supporting AI model training, evaluation, and deployment pipelines.
• Partner with research, engineering, and product teams to define data requirements and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in labeling, annotation, and curation workflows.
• Break down data ops challenges into components and design scalable solutions.
• Develop and maintain program documentation including governance, workflows, and risk registers.
• Engage stakeholders to align on direction, surface risks, and unblock work.
• Track program health metrics and adapt communications for audiences.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and scale adoption.
• Contribute to team goals by translating data insights into recommendations.
• Adapt plans to shifting priorities and data availability.
