LifeSkills Connection, Inc. is hiring a Program Manager for Outreach & Admissions / Career Transition Services to lead day-to-day operations for the OA/CTS contract.

This remote role involves coordinating with federal agencies, maintaining compliance, and guiding a team placed across Job Corps sites. You will report to the VP of Operations and travel as needed to Kentucky, Virginia, West Virginia, Missouri, Nebraska, and Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree; Job Corps, social work, or related area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and contract work, leading and supervising the team.
• Serve as primary contact with the Forest Service Contracting Officer and report on status, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with the Department of Labor and corporate office to maintain contract performance.
