Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience managing complex cross-functional programs, including experience bringing higher education products to market.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and techniques - PMP Certification.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong strategic thinking skills and a demonstrated ability to diagnose issues and lead teams toward resolution.
• Superior problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and address issues proactively.
• Adept at business and project management tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Confluence).
• Displays and acts with intellectual curiosity, initiative, integrity, maturity, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional program teams overseeing end-to-end execution of program teams, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
• Data Driven & Process Mindset: Own and champion program management process and tools, including dashboards, that help drive the success of the program.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Legal, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the GTM process.
• Risk Management: Identify, document, and work to resolve program risks, issues and dependencies, escalating to senior leaders as appropriate.
• Team Engagement: Motivate and hold teams accountable to achieving program objectives and strategic business goals.
