Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a skilled Program Manager to lead client relationships and drive project delivery across services. You will coordinate with the Program Director and leadership to design approaches, monitor progress, and report outcomes while ensuring client satisfaction.

The role requires strong presentation skills, proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and PMP certification (or willingness to obtain within a year). Fully remote within the US with Pacific Time alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of experience, or 7+ years in Medicaid without a degree.
• Excellent presenter with ability to train and mentor junior colleagues.
• Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables), PowerPoint, and Word.
• PMP certification or willingness to obtain within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Builds and manages client relationships with program leadership.
• Designs project approach and service delivery plans with clients.
• Oversees contracts, products or special projects.
• Monitors progress and reports progress toward goals.
• Prepares and monitors budgets and revenues for clients.
• May supervise account management staff.
• Actively manage risks and mitigation strategies.
• Lead cross-functional project management across teams.
