Job summary

MANTECH is seeking a remote Program Manager to lead data and AI consulting efforts for federal clients. You will direct contract delivery, manage diverse Data & AI teams, and ensure timely, high-quality results in fraud analytics initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of agile project leadership, experience with large teams, and strong ability to translate complex technical concepts for varied audiences within government programs. U.S. citizenship required.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience managing agile projects and delivering fraud analytics solutions.
• Experience supporting advanced analytic and investigative support services with teams greater than 10 full-time employees.
• Experience in fraud prevention and detection, strategic thinking, multi-tasking, conflict management, time management, planning and executing to the defined plan.
• Experience managing to cost and schedule milestones consistent with project plans.
• Experience leading complex fraud, waste, abuse and mismanagement analytic projects.

Responsibilities

• Leading all aspects of contract delivery for assigned project/program, including client & internal relationships.
• Leading a diverse team of Data & AI resources to deliver data-driven projects related to fraud detection and prevention by leveraging innovation and data analytics based on ManTech project methodology.
• Maintaining project timelines and tracking deliverables
• Managing project scope against the contractual baseline
• Coordinating project/program management meetings, and preparation of briefings and presentations (client and corporate audiences)
• Gathering data and updating project/program financial status reports, forecasts, and PM models
• Explaining technical issues clearly and accurately to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Serving as the primary technical and managerial interface between the Offeror and Contracting Officer (CO) and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
• Openly communicating with all Integrated Project Teams to ensure they work together to provide quality products and services.
• Ensuring the Government receives a response within 24 hours if the vendor has been contacted by the Government.
