Job summary

You will plan, monitor, and control programs to deliver on time, within scope, and on budget, while aligning with client expectations.

This role requires strong stakeholder coordination across cross-functional teams, proposal development, and clear communications to support growth and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, PM, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing technology, software, or data systems projects.
• Experience with web-based applications, data platforms, or cloud technologies.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid PM methodologies.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project and release management from planning to reporting.
• Oversee design, development, testing, integration, and deployment of web-based apps and data systems.
• Coordinate application, database, cloud, infrastructure, testing, and technical teams.
• Ensure data validation, verification, and reporting requirements are met.
• Manage pilots, phased rollouts, and stakeholder feedback; drive production deployment.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risks, and dependencies.
• Provide status reports, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
• Lead requirements validation, change management, and cross-functional coordination.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and operational readiness.
