Tripoint Solutions LLC is seeking a Program Manager to lead and oversee complex technology projects within the professional, scientific, and technical services sector. The role requires strategic planning, resource allocation, and risk management to deliver programs on time and within budget.

You will liaise between stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional teams, and develop proposals while managing communications to support growth and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with web-based applications, data platforms, or cloud technologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project and release management, including planning, monitoring, quality assurance, acceptance, and reporting.
• Oversee the design, development, testing, integration, and deployment of web-based applications and data systems.
• Coordinate application, database, cloud, infrastructure, testing, and technical teams.
• Ensure data validation, verification, and reporting requirements are delivered effectively.
• Manage pilot and phased rollout activities, stakeholder feedback, issue resolution, and production deployment.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Provide regular status reports and stakeholder communications.
• Lead requirements validation and change management across teams.
• Monitor system performance and operational readiness.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope.
