Job summary

Tripoint Solutions LLC is seeking a Program Manager to lead and oversee complex programs in the professional, scientific, and technical services sector. You will ensure alignment with client goals, budgets, and timelines while coordinating cross-functional teams and driving proposals and communications to support growth.

This remote role requires 5+ years of technology project management, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency in Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of managing technology or data systems projects.
• Experience with web-based apps, data platforms, or cloud tech; familiarity with SDLC and testing.
• Strong communication, organization, and cross-functional coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project and release management with planning, monitoring, QA, and reporting.
• Coordinate design, development, testing, integration, and deployment of systems.
• Manage cross-functional teams across applications, cloud, and data platforms.
• Ensure data validation, verification, reporting, and visualizations meet requirements.
• Oversee pilot/phased rollouts, stakeholder feedback, issue resolution, and deployment.
• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Provide status updates, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
• Lead requirements validation, change management, and cross-functional alignment.
• Monitor performance, availability, and operational readiness of systems.
• Keep projects on schedule and within scope, aligned with business objectives.
