Job summary

Bodwé is the Professional Services Group of Mno-Bmadsen, the investment enterprise and a wholly owned instrumentality of the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi. We hire for a Contract Program Manager to organize and deliver analytic programs supporting MEDCOM and related government priorities.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross-functional liaison, and the development of dashboards to inform capital planning and performance measures. Remote work with periodic travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years in DoW Medical Facility Programs or Facility PM.
• 3+ years managing programs or multiple projects.
• Experience with Medical Facilities data.
• Strong data-driven decision making.
• Proficient with Power BI/Tableau.
• Knowledge of Army Real Property Systems.
• Ability to obtain Real ID or Passport for travel.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver facility analytic programs.
• Lead BI activities and deliverables for facility analytics.
• Maintain data in support of Facility Investment Plan.
• Develop predictive analytic tools for forecasting needs.
• Translate outputs into actionable recommendations for government clients.
• Meet with stakeholders to align goals and progress.
• Provide status reports and recommendations to leadership.
