Job summary

Peace For DC is seeking a Program Manager/Clinical Supervisor to oversee the HEAL DC program's operations and deliver essential clinical oversight. You will ensure wrap-around services, program efficacy, and adherence to trauma-informed care standards for participants at risk of gun violence.

The role combines program leadership with direct therapeutic services, including weekly therapy, supervision of a small team, and collaboration with community partners to improve outcomes and accountability.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or counseling required.
• Must be licensed in the District of Columbia (LICSW, LCPC, or LPC) and in good standing.
• 3–5 years of experience in program management, compliance, and clinical supervision.
• Experience with high-risk or justice-involved populations.
• Ability to develop strategies for effective program management and outcomes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of DC's social services landscape.
• Commitment to trauma-informed care and equity.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across the HEAL DC program, budgeting and wrap-around services.
• Provide weekly individual therapy and crisis intervention for a caseload of 10 participants.
• Review service plans and progress notes ensuring HIPAA compliance.
• Supervise junior therapists, provide training, and lead team coordination.
