Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage business in CT.
• Drive business growth.
• Supervise assigned staff with leadership to maximize department efficiency.
• Direct activities of staff including hiring, training, motivation, discipline, and scheduling.
• Evaluate staff effectiveness and conduct performance reviews.
• Responsible for meeting financial and operational goals for the office or team by maximizing market penetration.
• Must be comfortable with up to 30% travel.
