Job summary

Charlotte Is Creative is seeking a NeuroArts Program Manager to lead the Charlotte NeuroArts Coalition. This remote-first role requires regular in-person presence across Charlotte-Mecklenburg and involves coordinating cross-sector teams, developing pathways between arts, health and community programs, and shaping evaluation across initiatives.

The position is an independent contractor engagement at $60,000 per year, approximately 30–40 hours weekly with some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-stakeholder programs.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, partners and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate steering committee and working groups, agendas and minutes.
• Be the day-to-day contact for coalition partners with cross-sector communication.
• Plan and manage coalitions events and convenings.
• Track milestones, budgets and deliverables across projects.
• Support evaluation, data collection and reporting of outcomes.
