HighLevel, a remote-first AI-powered business operating system, is hiring a Program Manager to translate People priorities into clear plans, coordinated programs, and strong execution.

Reporting to the Chief of Staff in the CPO’s Office, you will support workforce planning, lead cross-functional projects, and build scalable operating processes across teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, calm under pressure, and skilled at turning ambiguity into executable work.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in People/HR programs, program management, or related fields.
• Strong experience leading cross-functional programs in fast-moving organizations.
• Interest in AI and automation to improve People work.
• Excellent organizational, listening, writing, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead People programs from planning through implementation.
• Establish ownership, governance, milestones, and escalation paths.
• Maintain visibility into progress, dependencies, risks, and decisions.
• Create documentation, playbooks, and scalable processes.
• Identify friction and improve ways of working.
• Use AI and automation to streamline coordination and reporting.
