Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in People/HR programs, program management, or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional programs in fast-moving organizations.
• Strong interest in AI and automation to improve People operations.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead People planning cycles and operating rhythm, including milestones and decision logs.
• Use AI to build planning tools, trackers, and reporting mechanisms for visibility.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs for workforce planning and budgeting.
• Develop concise leadership-ready materials and drive follow-through on decisions.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from scoping to implementation and ensure accountability.
