Qualifications

• Bachelors degree plus 2–4 years related experience.
• Knowledge of multiple contract types (FFP, FPLOE, T&M, Cost Plus, hybrid).
• Analytical, communication and presentation skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee diverse activities within a program finance organization, leading a team of professionals.
• Provide vision and strategic insights for the organization and influence policy and processes.
• Understand customer missions to provide feedback and help develop new products and processes.
• Communicate with internal and external parties and influence others outside finance on policies and procedures.
• Identify programmatic risk and work with program managers to develop mitigation plans and cost reductions.
• Support on-contract growth and new business proposals; develop winning bids and financial roadmaps.
• Develop and drive execution of the program's Annual Operating Plan (AOP), quarterly forecasts and EACs; support month-end close and variance analysis.
• Align initiatives with division goals and drive cash management across the division.
• Drive indirect budget management in multiple emerging programs within the business area.
