Job summary

eSimplicity seeks a Program Director to provide executive leadership for a large federal data and analytics modernization program. You will oversee production services and long-horizon modernization across cloud platforms, data governance, analytics, APIs, and AI-enabled capabilities.

You will drive program performance, governance, and customer alignment while coordinating with security, data owners, product teams, and partners to sustain operations over a multi-year performance period.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in IT consulting with agile PM in federal government space.
• Public trust clearance required: U.S. citizen or eligible foreign national with residence requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven ability to lead large, complex multi-team cloud/data/platform programs with gov partners.
• Experience providing executive governance, risk management, and budget/contract oversight.
• Deep understanding of CMS policies, security/privacy expectations in federal data programs.
• Knowledge of SAFe agile delivery and cross-team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive accountability for program performance, strategic alignment, contract and budget governance, stakeholder escalation, and overall delivery health.
• Lead an integrated, multi-team delivery model across platform foundations, cloud operations, security, data assets, analytics, APIs, and AI enablement.
• Maintain a collaborative operating model with client personnel, product owners, and governance stakeholders for visibility into code, backlogs, metrics, and status.
• Oversee program deliverables and artifacts, including roadmaps, PI planning, monthly status, risk, and performance reporting.
• Provide leadership over cross-cutting areas: architecture coordination, product management, data operations, and enterprise stakeholder engagement.
