Responsibilities

• Key interface with Cyber, IT, and business teams; build strong professional brand.
• Plan, execute, and oversee programs to improve operations and execution.
• Communicate status of ownership space professionally and timely.
• Document and maintain core Office of the CISO processes and procedures.
• Plan and support meetings with clear agendas, notes, decks, and communications.
• Identify reporting needs to support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee SharePoint/Teams storage rebuild and maintenance.
• Handle budget forecasting, contracting, invoicing, and related tasks.
• Identify improvements and propose recommendations.
• Coach cyber staff in operational best practices.
